Sunken City Competition, Vienna (parallax scrolling section)

Recently, the City Council has set itself the goal of redesigning the island’s riverbank areas at Reichsbrücke, next to the subway stations. Especially the area called "Sunken City", an aging restaurant and party area, should be transformed. The "Sunken City" will be open to all, without being dominated by commercial use: the "Sunken City" will become the Pop-Up City.
