Did the Architect coordinate with his/her consultants? Where was the Architect during construction? Did the Contractor think to send an Request for Information when this obvious faux pas occurred? And finally, was the Contractor required to submit Coordination Drawings? Is this project in Europe? If not, it does not seem to meet ADA requirements.
