Do you know the building? It was featured in the exhibition "Spectacular City" at the NAi in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. However, without mentioning its place or the architects - it was just a photo exhibition. Luckily Ute has found them in the good old library: it's by Z. Djalagania and G. Tschachawa, built in 1976, the Department of Transportation in Tifflis (Tbilisi), Georgia. An amazing building! Does anyone find it on google maps? (image by Geert Goiris, NAi).
